Zentangle 101 with Guest Tangler Linda – $25

May 3, 2014 @ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Have you heard about Zentangle?

The goal of Zentangle is to increase focus, relaxation and encourage deliberate mark making and invention.  In fact, the mantra is “anything is possible one stroke at a time”. It is fun, easy and meditational drawing practice.  If you have ever found yourself talking on the phone or sitting in a meeting drawing repetitive shape and figures you are on your way to a “tangler”.

Would you like to learn how to take you drawings one step further, to begin creating beautiful masterpieces that will amaze your friends and family?  Now is the time, any one can learn to Zentangle.

As a Zentangle drawing may look complex and intricate, but it is actually quite simple once you break them down into small, simple, repetitive steps.  You will soon find yourself in a “State of Zen”.  The act of creating will allow your mind to shut out the stress of life and focus your thoughts only on the simple act of the pen making marks on your paper.

Even if you feel there isn’t an artistic bone in your body.  I would suggest you give Zentangle a try.
