In this exciting 3-hour workshop, we’ll be printing with GOLDEN acrylics on the Gelli plate, a resilient surface for creating amazing textures and effects. We’ll explore several easy and fun techniques and learn how to use transparent colors to create a zillion beautiful new colors and textures. You can print on paper, cardboard, fabric, and lots more. You can use your Gelli prints for collage and scrap booking, as well as fine art printmaking. The applications are endless and so is the fun! All paints provided!
Supplies needed to bring to class:
- Any size Gelli Plate
- Brayer
- Paint Brush
- Palette Knife
- Paper Towels
- Paper Pad
- Low tack tape
- Any stencils or texture tools you might like.
